About Me
I am currently a final-year Ph.D. student in Electrical Engineering at UVA LICAN,
under the guidance of Professor Cong
Shen. Prior to joining UVA, I earned my Master of Engineering (M.E.) degree at Fudan University in 2020,
where I had the privilege of being advised by Professor Xin Wang and Professor
Yi Jiang. I obtained my
Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree at Tongji
University in 2017.
I was the recipient of Olsen Graduate Fellowship (2023), McVey Fellowship (2023), Ann Lee Brown Rookie of the Year (2022) and UVA Engineering Distinguished Fellowship (2020). Previously, I interned at Qualcomm and Apple.

Research Interest
My research interests mainly focus on signal processing, communications, and networking in the
presence of machine learning, with an emphasis on theoretical models and algorithms. Some of my
current research topics are:
- Wireless communication design for federated learning
- Differential privacy in federated learning
- Massive MIMO systems
